Statewide Founders’ Day Program Date: Saturday, January 17, 2026 Time: 7:00 PM Location: Opelousas Civic Center The program will be open to the public, and significant others are invited. The evening will include entertainment and a catered meal offering a choice of fish or chicken. Hotel Accommodations: Room blocks have been reserved at: Hampton Inn – Opelousas Evangeline Downs Casino & Hotel The deadline to register for the Founders’ Day event and secure hotel rooms at the group rate is January 2, 2026.
